Debra Kubu

Debra, a Londoner by birth, has for the past 28 years taught art at the secondary school level for the Thames Valley District School Board. She is currently an art teacher at H. B. Beal Secondary School.

Prior to becoming an art teacher she attended the school of art in Graphic Design at Fanshawe College, London to become a graphic designer. She completed her education at The University of Western Ontario and Althouse College in London.

Her paintings are inspired by a combination of light, colour and nature. Her prefered art mediums are Oil Pastel, Acrylic, Watercolour and Oil Painting. Currently she enjoys actively participating in both art classes and work shops.
